The returns page on the same shop says 14 days. That is a shopper-visible contradiction worth checking and fixing before it becomes anyone else's problem.
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix or your own build: we read the public-store pages we can reach and mark what we cannot verify. You see what we found before you decide whether to pay for the affected pages, evidence and what to change on each one.
See what the full fix list gives youMisrepresentation hides in seven places, so the fix has to cover all seven.
A GMC misrepresentation suspension can leave you guessing which pages need work. We read seven layers, in the order they run, from the page you paste in to the business behind it, and every finding in your fix list names the layer it came from. Want the checklist first? The Google Merchant Center misrepresentation checker lists which of these checks bear on that policy, and what to have done before you request a review.
The page you paste in
The HTML your server sends, before a browser runs anything: redirects and reachability, robots.txt, structured data, text hidden against its own background.
The page you paste in
The same page once the scripts have finished: bot-defence challenges that turn a crawler away, pages that serve one thing to a crawler and another to a shopper, popups a visitor cannot dismiss.
The page you paste in
We read the wording against Google’s policies in the languages the capture supports — including whether the business named in your markup is the business named on the page. If we cannot verify the wording, the report marks the gap instead of guessing.
The pages we open next
Shipping, returns and terms, found through your own footer: how long the return window is, who pays return postage, whether a restocking fee is disclosed, handling and transit times.
The pages we open next
Real products off your store: whether the schema carries a price, a brand and availability, what a compare-at price is being compared to, and the scarcity or viewer-count claims shown to a shopper. Whether those counts match private analytics stays a merchant-side check.
The pages we open next
Carried through to the checkout, where the cart price meets the price on the product page, tax is shown before payment, and nothing has been added to the basket with the box already ticked.
The business behind it
Whether a real business is reachable here: a public phone number, a physical address, and a domain that matches the shop it belongs to.
You see what is wrong for free. The report tells you exactly what to change.

Our reading
Policy pages need to be substantive, accurate, and accessible so shoppers and reviewers can read them.
The step-by-step fix
Pick the window that is true and put it on both pages. If 14 days is the real policy, change the product page; if 30 is, update the returns page and say when the window starts.
That is one finding. The full report is every one of them, numbered in the order to fix them, each with its evidence, its pages and its fix.

$39 for the full fix list. The scan is free either way, and you see how many findings there are before you decide.
The report comes with 3 more scans of your store, in full, within 30 days of paying, so you can watch the count fall as you fix. If we cannot reproduce a paid-report finding, request a full refund within 30 days.
Every fix comes with the evidence behind it. So does every number here.
You should not have to take a fix list on trust. Each finding shows the words we captured and the page they were on, and these figures are published the same way: the live total, and the latest independently audited test of our findings.

The report comes with 3 more scans of your store, each in full, within 30 days of buying it. Fix one finding or all of them, then run the whole thing again — the documented public-store checks, not only the ones that failed, because a change on one page can break something on another. Once you have addressed the findings, check the issues listed in Merchant Center too, then request your review with the work done.

Already suspended? The questions that come first.
Working through a Google Merchant Center suspension fix? Start with these answers. The longer versions are in the six-step guide to fixing it yourself, the guide to review requests and cool-downs and on the FAQ page.
Why is my Google Merchant Center account suspended for misrepresentation?
Google has flagged a misrepresentation concern, but the notice may not name a specific page. Read the issue details in Merchant Center, then check your store for conflicting returns terms, missing business details, misleading discounts and prices that change at checkout. Google can also assess account information and third-party sources. Our free check reads your public store pages and shows the issues it finds.
Where do I start with a GMC misrepresentation fix?
Start with the issues listed in Merchant Center, then check your store’s business details, shipping and returns, prices, discounts and checkout. Correct missing or conflicting information at the source. Our free check shows the issues we find; the paid full report adds the affected pages, captured wording and step-by-step fixes. You can also follow the six-step guide yourself. Keep a dated record of what you change.
Should I request a review before or after fixing my store?
After. Google’s own review page tells you to “perform a comprehensive audit before requesting a review” and warns: “If your issues aren’t resolved by the second review attempt, a one-week cool down period may begin.” So address the store findings and the issues listed in Merchant Center before you appeal. Keep a dated record of what changed. A re-scan after your fixes shows whether anything we found is still there; with the full report, you get 3 more scans of your store in full, within 30 days.
Does this work for a Shopify or WooCommerce store?
Yes. We read the public pages of your store the way a shopper’s browser does, so it makes no difference whether Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix or a developer built them. There is nothing to install and no Merchant Center account to connect. The one requirement is that the storefront and its policy pages load publicly, not behind a password or a coming-soon page.
I have used all my reviews and the Request review button is greyed out. What now?
Check the review status and any instructions in Merchant Center while you work through the store issues. Google’s review page says: “The cool down period may increase with each unsuccessful review afterwards.” Use the waiting time to address the findings and keep a dated record of your changes, ready for any further review Google makes available.
